Use medium ground/coarsely ground
- Put fresh cold / room temperature water in a (one cup of water per cup of coffee desired).
- Place over a burner / hot plate to boil.
- Switch off burner when water reaches boiling point.
- Add 2 level tablespoons of medium/coarsely ground coffee per cup of water and stir gently.
- Cover the pot for 3 to 4 minutes to allow to brew.
- Sieve coffee to removed grounds. Optional: use a thermos flask to keep coffee hot.
- Add milk / sugar to taste and serve. Enjoy!
