Use medium ground/coarsely ground

  1. Put fresh cold / room temperature water in a (one cup of water per cup of coffee desired).
  2. Place over a burner / hot plate to boil.
  3. Switch off burner when water reaches boiling point.
  4. Add 2 level tablespoons of medium/coarsely ground coffee per cup of water and stir gently.
  5. Cover the pot for 3 to 4 minutes to allow to brew.
  6. Sieve coffee to removed grounds. Optional: use a thermos flask to keep coffee hot.
  7. Add milk / sugar to taste and serve. Enjoy!
