Listen. It’s cold. Not just “light sweater” cold… it’s “wear socks in the house, hoodie over hoodie, and rethink all your life choices” cold.

So the other day, in the middle of freezing our fingers off at work, one of our colleagues suddenly shouted: “Heh, hii July ni ya Club Nduvet!”
Yes. Nduvet. She pronounced Every! Single! Letter! We laughed so hard, only for her to finish us completely with: “Kwani si Nduvet?”

To this day, we don’t know whether to correct her… or let her live her best ‘Nduvet’ life.

Anyway, that was the sign. It’s officially cuddle season.
With someone, without someone, or with a very committed blanket. And while we may not be offering hugs (yet), Java’s serving the next best thing: Warm meals and hot drinks that hug you from the inside out, throughout the day.

Here’s your daily Java warmth plan, for the boo’d up, bestied up, the singles and especially for those of us proudly registered members of Club Nduvet.

1. Kickstart With Warm Sips: Hot Drinks for Chilly Mornings

Let’s be honest, stepping out of bed in July is Olympic-level courage.
Start your day with something from our hot drink selection, whether it’s a spicy sip, citrusy hug, or creamy indulgence, we’ve got the mug that matches your mood.

From Jasmine Dawa to Ginger Moroccan Tea, to that rich Ginger Snap Mocha that understands your struggle.

Couples: Share a flask and pretend it’s romantic.
Singles: Our Java Thermal Mug won’t ghost you, we promise.

2.Rise & Feast: Java’s July Breakfast Specials Are It

Nothing says “I love me” like a hot, hearty breakfast.
Kick off your day with our Guest Chef Shakshuka, eggs poached in a rich tomato-pepper sauce. Scoop it with bread and act like you woke up in a Nairobi food docu-series.
Feeling extra? Try The Morning Platter for a full-on sunrise feast.

Friend group: Order two, share none.
Lovebirds: This is the kind of breakfast that says, “I care.”

3. Spice Up the Chill: Bold Flavours for Lunch & Dinner

When the chill peaks, we respond with spice.
Dig into our Chicken & Mushroom Medley Curry, Java Lunch Combo, or go full Kenyan comfort with Kuku wa Kupaka by our Guest Chef, Pika Chakula or Roast Chicken BBQ.
Need fish? The Fried Fish with Poussin Chips is that crispy, saucy saviour. Or go classic and light with Chicken & Veg Soup, like mum made, but with more Wi-Fi.

Office gang: Warning, post-lunch nap risk is high.
Solo eaters: This one will text back. With leftovers.

 4. Treat Yourself: Blueberry Tea Cake & Afternoon Tea

You survived the day beloved, now treat yourself.
Grab a warm slice of our Blueberry Tea Cake, fluffy, fruity, and paired perfectly with a hot cup of tea. Sit by the window, question your life, and pretend you’re in a rom-com. Give it “main character energy.”

Situationships: Share the cake, not your jacket.
Besties: Catch up, warm up, repeat.

 5. Cold-Proof & Chaotic: For the Ice-Cold Rebels

There’s always that one friend who’s drinking smoothies in July with no jacket in sight.
For you stylish frost-proof rebels, we’ve got BBQ Chicken, Toasted Honey Peanut Salad, and chill sips like the Strawberry Ginger Shake, Hibiscus Tamarind, or an Orange Smoothie.

They’re always asking: “Si it’s not even that cold?”
Meanwhile, the rest of us are wrapped like any Java Wrap.

Whether you’re warming up or staying cool, Java’s got your back, from sunrise to sleepy time.
Dine in, grab & go, or get cozy with delivery via Glovo, Uber Eats, Bolt Food, or Glovo Prime, with exclusive offers just for you.

Tag someone who’s always cold. You might just make their day.
