Where best to start than in Ethiopian, the birthplace of Coffee!! We traveled to Ethiopia to sample and select these coffees from Ethiopia’s premier growing region of Yirgacheffe. This coffee is distinctively famous for their acidity, light body and notes citrus, jasmine and spice.
